Introduction
The learning experience is built through a microlearning approach: micro-courses and short modules that allow users to learn in small steps, focusing on single topics without the cognitive load of traditional courses.
The platform can integrate gamification elements — goals, levels, feedback and game-like mechanics — to increase motivation and engagement along the learning path.
Micro-courses can include:
- text content
- multimedia content
- augmented reality experiences
Each course is supported by a digital tutor that can answer questions, provide detailed explanations and guide the user through the learning path, replicating a human teacher experience and increasing engagement and learning effectiveness.

Digital tutors
Digital tutors can be designed with the appearance of fictional characters and are one of the pillars of the GENIA experience.
Solution architecture
GENIA is a cloud solution consisting of two main components. Conversational Intelligence, based on Google Cloud Platform technology, enables digital assistants to answer questions, provide in-depth explanations and guide learning dynamically.
