LEILA: the intelligent assistant for continuous learning returns to the classroom... as a protagonist.

On May 6th, we had the pleasure of participating in the University of Tuscia's Testimonial Day , an opportunity to return to the university, but this time in a different capacity: that of someone sharing a concrete project experience, born from collaboration between the public, private, and research sectors.

We presented the results of LEILA – Lifelong Education Intelligent Learning Assistant , a project that focuses on individuals and their lifelong learning journey, integrating conversational technologies, artificial intelligence, and accessible interfaces.

LEILA was created by The Thinking Clouds in collaboration with Mosaico Controllo Integrato and Officine Sostenibili benefit companies , as part of the cascade call for proposals of the PNRR Rome Technopole – Spoke 5 project .

One project, three complementary visions

At the heart of LEILA is an intelligent assistant capable of guiding users through personalized educational paths, accessible via the web and designed to adapt to different profiles and learning needs.
Behind this result there is a synergy between:

• The Thinking Clouds , responsible for conversational architecture and platform development.

• Mosaico Controllo Integrato , which oversaw the design of the contents and the definition of the training objectives.

• Officine Sostenibili , which supported the methodological approach and alignment with the principles of social sustainability.

The challenge of lifelong learning

We live in an era where skills are rapidly evolving. Supporting people through continuous development is not just a necessity, but an opportunity to build more resilient and inclusive societies.
With LEILA we wanted to explore new ways to make continuing education closer , more intuitive and personalized .

Beyond the project

The presentation at the University of Tuscia was an opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with students, faculty, and education professionals. It was a valuable moment that reminded us of the importance of implementing digital solutions in the field, comparing them with real needs, listening, and improving.

We are convinced that projects like LEILA represent the first step towards a new idea of learning: more human, more accessible, more sustainable .
